A story you
can scan.

We're building a system that gives every piece its own story: from the life its wood lived before, to every life it lives next.

One small code on the furniture. One page behind it. A story that keeps growing as the piece is used, repaired and passed on.

Beyond the label

A label is not a mission.

A stamp on the wall. Only part of the story.

We believe sustainability is a responsibility, not a certification.

We don't believe one label can tell the whole story. A certification can tell you where a material comes from, but not necessarily how long a product will last, how it was made, whether it can be repaired, or what happens when its life comes to an end.

Certifications have their place. But we've learned that a stamp of approval doesn't always mean a product is truly sustainable, and we believe sustainability should go much further than meeting a set of requirements.

We don't want to buy our way into being called sustainable. We want to earn it through the things we make. By questioning materials. By understanding their origins. By designing for longevity, repair and reuse. By taking responsibility for what happens long after a piece leaves our hands.

That's what the Passport is for: showing the evidence, piece by piece, instead of asking you to trust a stamp.

We don't claim to have all the answers. We're learning, questioning and challenging the way things have always been done.

Sustainability isn't a label you put on a product. It's a responsibility you build into it.

For hospitality

A story guests can read for themselves.

Hotels and restaurants are asked more and more what their spaces are made of, and furniture is often left out. The Passport is designed to give every piece a traceable origin, with something real behind it.

And it starts conversations. A guest scans a chair and reads that its wood once held up a family home in Java.

After the first life

Built to support what comes next.

These are the services we're developing, and the Passport is designed around them.

Replacement parts

A single component, replaced on its own.

Refinishing

A worn surface brought back.

Reconfiguration

Parts rearranged for a new space or use.

Refurbishment

A full restoration of a used piece.

Take-back

Pieces returned to us and given another life, rather than discarded.

Build it with us

Want to help shape it?

We're looking for hotels, designers and partners who care about where things come from and where they go next. We'll share more as the system takes shape.

Made from what came before. Made for what comes next.
